Yes. Every RentCars24h collection point operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Late-night and early-morning collections are staffed by a host; there is no after-hours surcharge and no key box.

Reservations can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before collection. Inside 48 hours, changes are handled by your concierge and are usually free when the same class is available.
Drivers must be 21 for Executive Sedans and Luxury SUVs, and 25 for Grand Tourer and Flagship classes. Drivers aged 21 to 24 may see a young-driver fee shown clearly in the quote.
Yes. Every quote includes local taxes, airport and concession fees, standard cover and the agreed mileage. Optional extras such as a second driver or zero-deductible cover are shown separately before you confirm.
A refundable pre-authorisation is held on the primary driver's credit card at collection, typically between $300 and $1,500 depending on class. It is released within 3 to 7 business days of return.
